East Face Finish 5.13c

First redpointed (with no preplaced gear) in 1984, this climb matched the highest grade in the world at the time. Strenuous pin scars up a steep wall give way to a crux traverse to the arete on the right. Placing gear is as much a part of the challenge as the climbing itself.
