mom n dad. tendons meld is a terrible warm up i got so pumped n then was fosho not ready for this and blew my load ! das a cool one though, yep. p bad day after this. blew flash on last move of dogwood and then popped ankle a try or two later. then foot picked on the top of wall to wall sit flash n made it hurt a lot :'(
