Start facing out, matched on the jug halfway up on the "It's Not a Tumor" line with toe hooks on the face above for a bat hang start. Climb down and around the arete, navigating under and through the overhang into the "Aneurism" line. Finish climbing through and up that line to top out as for "Aneurism."
