RIVER CROSSING IS DANGEROUS. CROSS AT OWN RISK - Especially during the Spring and Summer, the water level can be high and the current is strong. If you choose to cross in high water, use the upper crossing. However, even at this crossing, the water will go up to the torso of an average-sized human. A sturdy stick or trekking pole is essential. A PFD is a good idea.
If you're not experienced, best wait to hit these boulders til the end of Summer or Fall.
The big slab face on the downhill side of the boulder. Start on the far left side on a high crimp and make a couple tough pulls on more tiny crimps to get up into the lower angle terrain. The difficulty eases off as you get higher on the wall.
