Sit start far back in the cave with the two lowest crimps. Pull a tricky sequence around the blunt arete. Although the FA used two very low crimps, most people start one right hand higher.
This problem became way more intriguing when I learned the heel first beta, and it definitely makes it a lot easier. A bit of a surprise send on a day I didn't even expect to get out. I started with my right on the small incut and my left on the the little dyke chip on the arete, and my heel on the biggest edge below. With this starting position the first move is the big move out of the cave. I know some people start lower which is definitely harder but this start made the most sense to me.
