(A4+) What was once the most respected and serious aid route at Smith is now a vestige from a long past era. It likely hasn't seen a single ascent this millenium. For anyone who wants to get the momentum going, the route's still here, though the rusted bolts get sketchier with each passing year. Pitch 1: (A4+) Aid the start of Snack Crack (using bomber wires), before exiting the arch to the left. Nail a seam, clipping far more bolts than were there on the first ascent into a leaning corner and a hanging belay. Pitch 2: (A4-) Nail a shallow corner, exiting left up seam mixed with bolts. Traverse right on hooks and bolts to a great belay ledge. Pitch 3 (5.10a A2) Fixed aid and free moves past several bolts leads to the top.
