ACCESS CLOSED

AREA CLOSED FOR WILDFIRE MITIGATION. As per the forest service: Big Chief Project: Treatment on approximately 675 acres south of Truckee between Highway 89 and the Northstar Ski Area. Forest Road 06 will remain open during operations. Forest Roads 06-14, 06-16 and 06-18, Forest System Trail 16E85 (Big Chief Trail) and all Forest Service lands within the project area, such as Big Chief Climbing Area, will be closed during implementation. The closure is due to be lifted in January 2027

Stand start on a right hand undercling and a left hand diagonal edge. Bust up and right out the striking bulge on the obvious line. Sit start from a pair of edges 3 feet up and make it V12

A little piece of mortar rock in Tahoe! Strangest juxtaposition of an amazing line with really strange sub par rock; still gets 3 stars I suppose. 3rd go, dry fired on 2nd to last move on the flash. Complete epic trying to find it, we bushwhacked for 2+ hours! Cannibals is harder ;-)
