Sit start at the bottom of the cave on two crimps. Climb up the steep face on patina crimps, trending left as you exit the cave. When you get to the obvious jug over the lip, consider dropping onto pads from there. If you want the full value topout, be very cautious - the rock on the slab directly above is very poor quality and the downclimb is equally difficult.
