Begin in the same spot as Wet Powder in the back of the cave with your right hand in a slot in the roof. Move out to the lip and traverse right until you can mantle over where Wet Powder ends.
Wet Powder continues to elude me, but this line is a great consolation. It climbs really nicely along the lip of the roof. Same start and finish as Wet Powder, but follows a more circuitous route.
