Start left hand in a small pocket and right hand on a crimp at head height. Make a move to a deep three finger pocket. Crimps take you up the middle of the face to the peak. A fun technical problem.

I finished this climb last year but took an early exit on the arete and it felt like a line worth figuring out and taking the crimp middle. Although I would say both methods were v3. Maybe the arete was slightly softer... fresh scrub

The early arete beta. The full line is better but the exit is there and of a similar grade. But I wanted to wait to post until I sent the original beta.
