RIVER CROSSING IS DANGEROUS. CROSS AT OWN RISK - Especially during the Spring and Summer, the water level can be high and the current is strong. If you choose to cross in high water, use the upper crossing. However, even at this crossing, the water will go up to the torso of an average-sized human. A sturdy stick or trekking pole is essential. A PFD is a good idea.
If you're not experienced, best wait to hit these boulders til the end of Summer or Fall.
Start at the bottom of the opposing rails on the uphill side of the boulder. Power through positive holds to an easy finish. A 'modern' style problem reminiscent of steep gym climbing.
