The Fry Koegel Trail is a beautiful place to go for a hike and get some climbing in. In the early 2000's, a fire burned through this side of the hill, briefly exposing all of these buried boulders. It saw a flurry of development, then the brush and poison oak grew back. A few years ago, a new group of climbers starting braving the poison oak and opened up a bunch of new zones to explore. Get after it, just beware the itchy oak!
