Sit start on a hollow sounding flake/crimp just left of the small tree and move up through sidepulls to reach a crimp and a slot to gain the mantel. A stand start from left on a slopey sidepull and right on the start hold of V.Q.A. is the more obvious line, and is still quite hard.
