Sit start on the shelf and work your hands up the left arete through a nice slot. Tackle the difficult, heady rockover (crux) to top out. This can also be climbed as a compression line using both aretes at the same grade.
Threw the heel over the lip but couldn't reach the juggy crack. Instead I kept my feet low and walked my hands up the lip around the left arete until I could grab the jug. Not sure if it's easier, but if you're short the direct top out seems quite hard and very committing, especially in less than ideal conditions.
