The Boulders Overlook opens up to TMI & Incinerator, so turn LEFT and head Southwest to Lower Dixon. Alternatively, from the Crowders Mountain State Park Boulders Access parking area: Walk out to Van Dyke Rd.; continue left onto Bethlehem Rd.; cross over the Ridgeline Trail; and enter via the boulder access entry by the power pole approximately 200 yards from the crosswalk. This will put you within 100 yards of Zeus Eye boulder from Bethlehem Rd.
