The Boulders Overlook opens up to TMI & Incinerator, so turn RIGHT and head Northeast to Upper Dixon.
Alternatively, from the Crowders Mountain State Park Boulders Access parking area: Walk out to Van Dyke Rd.; continue left onto Bethlehem Rd.; cross over the Ridgeline Trail; and enter via the boulder access entry by the power pole approximately 200 yards from the crosswalk. Continue Northeast past the Boulders Overlook (TMI/Incinerator) to enter Upper Dixon.
