Repeat on attempt 7.
It's cleaner than my send on attempt 5 but I still didn't establish a clean right toehook for the midsection moves. Again, that makes the midsection moves way harder because in isolation the moves felt way easier with the accurate right toehook.
The win here is not dabbing the pads on the cutloose.... But unfortunately I must admit my hair bun dabbed the rock behind me during the topout sequence. 🥲
Anyway, whether you agree these are sends or not, I stand by my personal grade of V8. It is a boulder that expresses my climbing style for sure but to give some context, I redpointed Angel Dyno in 7 attempts, repeat on attempt 9, High Road on attempt 9, repeat on attempt 12. I would not be hurt if someone thought this was V7.
Good technique, body awareness, and beta will reduce the physical effort of this climb significantly as every hold is positive.
