The road from the New Joe's camping area to the South Trailhead is completely washed out and impassable, even with high clearance 4x4. Hike in, or park at the north parking area.
Sit start on the right hand sidepull and left on a tiny little crimp then get your freak crimp on heading straight out the roof.
