A must-do for the grade if you are comfortable climbing high. Stand start matched on a prominent left sidepull flake. Trend slightly right and up through perfect seams before moving back left to a nice rock over the lip. An easy slab takes you to the top. A long reach crux is encountered about 2/3 up the face.
“That day had it all...”
It's hard to distill what climbing means to me in words, but the day I did Natasha's Highball captured everything I love about climbing.
A crisp hike in to a beautiful canyon. Endless banter with close friends. Amazingly featured rock faces. A sense of venturing into a playground created by nature. The thrill of being just a little too high off the ground. The content fatigue of a day spent outside.
That day had it all.
