Twist of Fury v7

Awesome movement - knee bar felt easier than the toe hook. So fun I’ll probably go back when I have a spotter and try the toe hook method - but it’s a bit scarier 😮

Found a hold under the roof to undercling and just reached around the corner. But I don’t think this is a 7 this way.
