This area hosts some great problems in an obvious gully right off the trail. The impressive Fractured Boulder has a few amazing problems on some of the coolest rock around.

Continue walking the road along the north side of the lake until you see a large boulder in a gully to your left. The trails start here. There is now a trail that lets you link up with the Summit Trail.
