The road below Grizzly Peak has a collection of boulders, and as a bonus, the sunset from the surrounding hillside is exquisite. Beware of the rampant poison oak. It’s everywhere. If you see a plant and aren’t sure what it is, don’t touch it.

Find your way to Centennial Dr. behind Memorial Stadium on the east side of the UC Berkeley campus. Follow the road for about 2 miles as it winds uphill past the Botanical Gardens.
