This urban boulder sports incredible granodiorite similar to that found in the Powerlines region with sharp crimps, slippery slopers and incredible mini tufa pinches! It was developed in 2021 by James Glickman and Rob Somogyi. The boulder is on Langford municipal land which is likely to be developed sometime in the next 5-10 years so get it while you can!
