This area is a cluster of boulders on the west side of the road between Yellow Post Site 3 and Site 4/5 and is usually a great place if trying avoid the crowds.

Park in a small pullout directly across from Black Mountain Group Campground approximately 5.6 miles down Black Mountain Road. Please do no park in the pullout for the Black Mountain Group Campground. The first boulders are clearly visible directly off the west side of the road.
