The climbing in Captain's Junk Gully follows the wash uphill from Yellow Post Site 3 and back downhill all the way to the Captain's Junk Boulder.
There are two parking options for this area:
First option: There is a small pullout on the left after about 5.2 miles down Black Mountain Road. From here hike northwest along the Captain's Junk Trail to enter the gully that contains the majority of the boulders.
Second option:The first parking option can only accomadate a few cars so if full then its possible to park at Yellow Post Site 3 about 5.4 miles down... Show more

This felt v6 to me because I have only climbed three v7s outdoors and sent this in 3 goes. The bat hang seemed obvious to me since I struggle a lot on slopers. We climbed this in 85-90 temps.
