Airports Horseshoe Canyon is most often reached from the following airports: XNA (Northwest AR), Branson, MO, or Harrison, AR. See p6 for more details on airports in the area. Rental Cars and Shuttle Services A rental car or some sort of shuttle is needed to reach HCR. Once you arrive, however, trasnportation is not needed unless of course you want to explore the other crags in this book (highly recommended). HCR no longer offers shuttle services. - Where to Stay - HCR Cabins: If you have the dough, renting a cabin at HCR is the way to experience the ranch. All of the cabins come equipped with showers, beds, microwaves, a mini-fridge, and a covered deck with a stellar view of the canyon’s Eastside. Renting a cabin also gets you access to the game room in the lodge, the hot tub, and the barn. Please note that only the Pine Knot Cabin includes a stove.
