DRIVING:
From the Hwy 89/50 junction in Meyers reset your odometer and head up Hwy 50 towards Sacramento for 0.7 miles. Turn left on South Upper Truckee Road and continue for 1.6 miles. There is a pullout just past some cabins on the right side by the Manzanita Boulder. Go another 0.1 miles and there is a pullout on the left side of the road for The Grinch boulder, and one just past that on the right for the Tallboy.

APPROACH: The first boulders are visible from the parking spots. The approach time is about a minute to the first boulders and less than ten to the other end. Listed from north to south, orientation is simple, one boulder is listed in relation to its neighbors and which side of the trail that it is on.
