Dangling in the wind, you'll see a piece of cord dangling from a fixed piece which was used to rappel of the dome. Not much is known about this project other than it appears to be someone's aid muse. Its likely a nice climb, waiting for someone with El Cap aid dreams to take er' to the summit.
