At far left, stand start matched on the sloper shelf. Reach right to an undercling, do a crux bump to an edge then move up right to a gold patina ear. Finish up at the apex of the boulder.
For the second move (bumping left hand in) I see a lot of people getting a toe scum/hook around the corner. A back flag felt better to me.
To gain the undercling, I liked putting my right foot on the left most downward sloping bit of the foot hold. I also turned my left foot out so that I could get my hips closer to the wall.
I thought bumping my left hand to the crimp was the hardest move. My cues were to suck my hips into the wall, lean to the right, and tension through the left foot.
The top out holds and feet are all really juggy/good! The only iffy-ish move for me was moving my right hand to the gaston. I felt out of balance until I moved my left foot out to the left.
Over 10 attempts, most just trying to establish the start.
Start is high! (We stacked a few inches of stray granite on top of the pad plus stack another folded pad on top and still had to tip toe.)
Short beta heel and match on first crimp
With our climbing friends for a great day!
