A popular classic perched on the Swirly Cliff hill. Originally done matched on the far right underclings and moving up and right utilizing powerful pinches and underclings before trending back left to the jug midway up the wall. After the jug trend right through easy terrain but take care as that part of the landing is difficult to pad and the rock is flakey. In recent years, the start sequence is significantly more popular starting matched on underclings slightly to the left closer to the vertical seam and then trending directly up and left through underclings instead of right to powerful pinches. The left variation is generally considered easier, thus Americana Exotica Left has been added to disambiguate the line variations for those who prefer. Regardless of the path taken, they are must-do movement for anyone who climbs the grade range!
Stuck in a rut using the larger rh pinch beta yesterday. Discovered new beta that avoided the low% moves with the help of some folks sessioning. Thanks for the stoke and spots on the send go from strong ladies from Thailand/Singapore 🙌🏼
No way. I actually had perfect execution first try and beaned it. Def soft, but I can’t tell you what grade it was, it could’ve been V8, I executed so well. So happy with this one.
