Known as Sus of Dis on the streets this problem starts on 2 small edges with smears. After doing the first move of Surfer Rosa use some tricks to make a huge reach back to the edges on the roof. From there slap your way up the arete and up the slab.
2nd sesh was a fantastic day for the send. Great temps and great vibes. Was hesitant to fully top out due to lack of experience with the down climb but once I was there I knew I had to do the full send.
First of the grade outdoors and a king line for sure. Loved every move. Changed up the starting beta because I'm not a fan of foot cams and it felt worse than just going straight out.
It seems the consensus is the start is the crimps below the shelf but an old guide book I have says it is the same start as Surfa Rosa on the left sloppers. Unfortunately they were wet so I went with what everyone else has done.
I found a press into a pseudo hand foot match at the end which made getting on the slab easier than what I've seen.
Loved the climb, love this place, stoked to go for the low start!
