Some boulders and cliffbands are used by the park to demonstrate primitive shelters, not just for climbing, therefore reduced chalk use is highly recommended. Do not slap chalk onto the rock. Being good stewards and maintaining a healthy relationship with other users and with the park rangers should be a high priority for any visiting climber.
An all-time Oklahoma classic, featuring a fantastic sloping rail feature and excellent movement. Start under the left side of the roof on a deep jug. Climb left to right moving through the half-cylinder rail, into sculpted crimps, and topping out on the flat shelf. This line is often wet after rain.
