White Rock Springs has been split into a North and South area for ease of navigation as they are generally approached differently. White Rock Springs South is home to the Stooge Boulders. An older zone that sees little traffic today but has been seeing some recent development. A nice area to climb a good cluster of moderates away from the crowds. While these boulders are technically within the White Rock Springs vicinity, thus categorized under White Rock Springs, they are distinguished from White Rock Springs North as they are best accessed from the Willow Springs parking lot. White Rock Springs South is located just over halfway through the Red Rock Canyon 13-mile loop, thus entry fee and reservation are required. From the intersection of Charleston Blvd and the 215, drive 5.4 miles west onto SR159. Turn right into the entry of the loop and be prepared to show evidence of reservation. After payment, drive along the one-way loop road for 7.1 miles and turn right toward Willow Springs. Park at the Lost Creek parking immediately on your left. The Stooge Boulders are across the street to the east.
